Refund policy

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Hit us up at hello@keepitrealdealsteel.com and let us know what is going on. That said, we do have an official policy. Here it is:

Returns 

We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note :: Heavily discounted closeout items (including but not limited to <$10 water bottles) are not eligible for return. For specific items, please chat or email us before purchase. 

Shipping
We send you a label - In most cases you can pop it in your mailbox and put the flag up. For heavier returns, you may need to book a free USPS pickup, book a UPS pickup, or go to a UPS store.
