Monthly Giveaway – Official Rules (December 2026)

1. Sponsor

Competitive Costs, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, d/b/a Real Deal Steel, 1343 E Wisconsin Ave, Suite 116, Pewaukee, WI 53072 ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@keepitrealdealsteel.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, including the prize fulfillment partners, plus their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and anyone living in their households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The December 2026 Giveaway starts at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on December 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this promotion.

4. How to Enter

Go to https://keepitrealdealsteel.com/pages/rds-monthly-giveaway and complete the entry form with your first and last name, a valid email address, and your Instagram handle, check the box for each account you follow, and confirm that you are 18 or older and a US resident. You may also give your Facebook name (optional) so Sponsor can confirm a Facebook follow. By entering online, you agree to receive Real Deal Steel marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Online entries with neither follow box checked are void. Online entries are earned by following (following is free): one (1) entry for following @keepitrealdealsteel on Instagram, and one (1) entry for following facebook.com/keepitrealdealsteel on Facebook, for a maximum of two (2) online entries per person. You must follow at least one account to enter online. People who already follow are welcome to enter and receive the same entries. Sponsor may verify that an online winner follows each account claimed; an entry for an account the winner doesn't follow is void. If you don't want to follow or don't have a social account, you can enter by mail instead (see below), with no follow required.

Alternate method of entry (no purchase, internet, social account, or follow required): Mail a 3"x5" card with your name, mailing address, email (if you have one), date of birth, and the words "RDS December 2026 Giveaway" to Real Deal Steel Giveaway, 1343 E Wisconsin Ave, Suite 116, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Limit one mailed card per envelope and two (2) mail-in entries per person, so mail-in entrants can earn the same maximum of two (2) entries as online entrants. Each mail-in entry has the same chance of winning as each online entry. Online and mail-in entries combined are limited to two (2) per person.

Limit: A maximum of two (2) entries per person and per email address for each Promotion Period, counting online and mail-in entries together, as described above. Online entrants may submit the entry form only once. Entries beyond the limit, extra form submissions (same person, email address, or Instagram handle), or entries made with multiple, fake, or disposable email addresses or by automated means, are void, and anyone who submits them may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one Stack Pint™ – Iridescent (4 Pack), stainless steel pint cups. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $29.99. Total ARV of all prizes: $29.99. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize is unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes. The prize ships only to an address in the US or DC.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about January 8, 2027, Sponsor will draw one potential winner at random from all eligible online and mail-in entries received, after removing duplicates and ineligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email (and may also send an Instagram DM from the official @keepitrealdealsteel account only). Sponsor will never ask for payment, a credit card number, or login details. The potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, confirm eligibility, and give a shipping address. Sponsor may require a signed Declaration of Eligibility and Release. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, accept a reply received up to seven (7) days after notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that time, is ineligible, or doesn't comply with these rules, they forfeit the prize, no alternate winner will be drawn, and the prize will go unawarded. Sponsor will ship the prize within about 30 days after confirming the winner.

7. Verification

Sponsor may check the identity, age, residency, and email of any entrant, and may compare the Instagram handle entered against the entrant's other information. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

8. Social Platform Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. By entering, you completely release those platforms from all liability. Questions about the promotion should go to Sponsor, not to any platform.

9. Publicity

Unless the law prohibits it, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, state, and Instagram handle to announce the winner, with no further compensation.

10. Privacy

Sponsor collects entrants' information to run this promotion. Online entrants are subscribed to Real Deal Steel marketing emails when they enter and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not void an entry. Mail-in entrants are not subscribed unless they ask to be. Entry information (name, email, Instagram handle, follow selections, and optional Facebook name) is stored in Sponsor's email platform (Klaviyo). 11. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or mail, or for technical failures. If fraud, a technical problem, or anything else outside Sponsor's control damages the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor may cancel or change it and draw from the eligible entries received before the problem. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and its fulfillment partners (including Amazon) from claims arising from their participation or from the prize. Sponsor's decisions are final.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class actions, in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

13. Winner List

For the winner's name, email or write to Sponsor's address with "RDS December 2026 Winner" within 60 days after December 31, 2026.
